The hotel had a giant wooden bed with carved pineapples in beautiful, spacious, and comfortable rooms that offered magnificent views of the pool, mountains, and the distant ocean. The service was very friendly and accommodating, with housekeeping going above and beyond to assist. The location was gorgeous, slowly recovering from a big storm, and set in a beautiful mountainous area near beaches in all of Puerto Rico. The dining experience was nice but lacked some allergen-friendly options. The facilities were modern and well-maintained with great amenities.

My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony with views of the Caribbean, making it a great place to relax. The service was top-notch, especially from Elva in the office and the housekeeping staff who were incredibly courteous. The location was convenient, close to great dining options and even the hospital - a real plus in case of emergencies. However, the dining experience lacked options for specific dietary needs, and the absence of certain amenities was a downside.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room with a double bed was very spacious, clean, and featured a huge terrace where we enjoyed breakfast from a nearby bakery, although the noise from the street outside was unacceptable. The service exceeded my expectations with personal touches like providing ice and water when needed, although the stairs could use better lighting for safety. The location was fantastic, close to beach spots and offering beautiful views, but the dining experience was lacking variety and options for those with dietary restrictions. Overall, a good value for money stay.
